A Sydney team that treats your property like its own.

Walk any Sydney street and you will find homes with stripped paint on the weatherboards, render that has lost its texture in patches, and roof tiles cracked from a pressure lance held too close. Almost all of it was done by someone who was paid to clean the property, not damage it.

The cause is nearly always the same: high pressure applied to a surface that was never built for it. It is fast, it looks dramatic on the day, and the growth is back within a season because the root structure was never killed.

We built Big Deal around the opposite approach. Soft washing first — low pressure, biodegradable chemistry, proper dwell time — with high pressure reserved for the hard surfaces that genuinely need it. It takes longer, it costs a little more on the day, and the result lasts four to six times as long with nothing damaged along the way.

Leonardo and the team now work across Greater Sydney, from Palm Beach down to Cronulla and west through Parramatta, on everything from single-storey homes to strata buildings and civil plant fleets. The part we are proudest of is not the equipment — it is that customers keep writing reviews about the communication.
