What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb and the service you are enquiring about. If you choose to describe the job or send photos, we collect that too.

We also collect standard technical information through our hosting provider, such as page requests and approximate location, used only to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

Your details are used to prepare and send your quote, to contact you about that enquiry, and to carry out the service if you go ahead. That is all.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — for example our hosting provider, our email provider and the system we use to manage quotes and bookings. Each is bound to use it only for that purpose.

We may disclose information where required by Australian law.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can reference previous work and warranty history. Records relating to completed jobs are kept as long as required under Australian tax and business record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within a reasonable period.

This policy is governed by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
